All Sales Are Final
Every CountryVinyls product is made to order. Production begins immediately after your order is placed, which means we are unable to offer cancellations, changes, or refunds for change of mind.
Please order carefully. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, there is no cancellation window once an order is submitted.
Production Time
All products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your item ships. This timeframe reflects the care and customization that goes into every piece.
Refunds & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds or replacements are only available if your product arrives:
- Damaged
- Broken
- Defective or not working properly
If your item arrives in any of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund
To be clear, we do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Ordering by accident
- Changing your mind
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong product, artist, or design by mistake
- "It took too long" (production times are clearly stated above)
- Any reason other than the product arriving damaged, broken, or defective
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, these items cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable outside of the damage/defect conditions listed above.
