Every CountryVinyls product is handcrafted and made to order. We don't keep mass inventory sitting in a warehouse — your item is produced specifically for you.
Timeline
Production: 2–4 weeks
This is the time it takes to create, quality-check, and prepare your custom product for shipment.
Shipping: 6–12 days
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6–12 days to arrive at your doorstep.
Total estimated time: approximately 3–7 weeks from order to delivery.
Weekly Updates — You'll Never Be Left in the Dark
We know waiting for a custom product can feel uncertain, so here's our promise:
You will receive an update from us every single week while your order is in production. You'll always know exactly where your order stands. No silence, no guessing, no wondering if your order got lost.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can check that link anytime for real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.
Address Changes — Act Fast
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order enters production with the address on file and we cannot guarantee any address changes. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Delays
While we work hard to hit our stated timelines, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, high-volume seasons, or circumstances outside our control. If anything affects your order, we will notify you directly — you'll hear it from us first.
